Business phones and communication inquires are responded to during normal business hours of 8 am and 4 pm. If we are unable to answer your call, please do leave a voice mail.  Thank you.

Maple Knoll Inn LLC takes reasonable measures to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for your stay. Please remember you are choosing to request to stay in our home.  We do have many items displayed for your viewing enjoyment.  Please help us take care of our home for future guests to enjoy as well. Thank you.

Guests who secure a reservation accept the terms of the cancellation policies:

  • Your card will be charged 50% of your stay at the time of your reservation. The balance will be charged at the time of your stay.
  • After booking, you will be emailed a confirmation with details for your stay.
  •  We have a full two-week cancellation policy from the date of your reservation stay. 
    • Guests are responsible for the full room charge, including taxes, when a cancellation occurs (or failure to cancel) within the required cancellation period of two weeks. The credit card information received at the time of the reservation WILL be charged for the full amount due.
  • Cancellations within 30 days to 15 days prior to your stay, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations 31 or more days prior to your stay, you will be charged a administrative fee of $15.
  • No smoking is allowed. Smoking in the room, on the deck or within house will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
  • Room rates and policies are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted for high or low demand dates.
  • Guests need to make a request if there are special dietary needs.
  • You understand that there are rugs provided in the bathrooms, which you will use at your own digression.
  •     You release Maple Knoll Inn LLC & it's owners from any liability pertaining to personal injury, theft or damage of personal property while on the premises.  Securing your property is the guest’s responsibility.
    • Grounds are uneven so when walking about you need to be aware of your surroundings and where you walk.
